This past summer Crestliner Boats ran an online fishing tournament.  The tournament was the first of its kind hosted by Crestliner.  Over 15,000 anglers took part in the contest.  Any fisherman could enter the “Trumped Angling Competition” online.   Once entered anglers were sent an official Trumped Ruler.  To enter a fish the angler simply submitted a photo of the fish on the Trumped ruler to Crestliner.  Each month, the 3 largest fish landed and released in each category won a prize from Crestliner.  There were categories for walleye, northern pike, bass, and crappie.  At the end of the Trumped Tournament, Crestliner took the names of the top 5 anglers from each leader board and wrote them on a fishing bobber.  The bobbers were placed in a livewell of a Crestliner boat and Ben Cast, President of Crestliner Boats, drew Dave Sellwood’s name as the Grand Prize Winner.  Dave will receive a 2012 Crestliner 16 Kodiak powered by a 25 Hp Mercury 4 Stroke Outboard and a Shoreland’r Trailer Nov. 19th, 2011 at Regina Marine during a special presentation hosted by Crestliner Boats.  Congratulations Dave!
